Subject: Camouflage Ball

Thank you for your participation in the 2008 Camouflage Ball! Because of the support from you and so many others, the Camo Ball was a huge success again this year. With your help, the Camo Ball raised a net of over $82,000! To date, Hunt for a Cure has raised nearly $ 600,000.00 to go toward research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis! This was only possible due to the generosity of people like you!

As I write this letter I’m celebrating my 50th birthday. At breakfast Dylan was wishing me happy birthday over and over. Once he said, “Wow! 50! I sure hope I live that long!” As a father, those moments are painful. But at the same time, it makes me more determined to fight to give him the opportunity to live to 50 and beyond.

Our fight would be futile without folks like you making research possible. Again, we wish to extend our deep appreciation to you for supporting our Hunt for a Cure!

Lastly, we want you to know we’re already working on plans for the Camo Ball for 2009! We will work diligently to prepare an entertaining evening for you, which you can feel proud to be a part of.
